This is our not-for-profit, helping founders start, fund and scale businesses. Virgin is entrepreneurial at its heart, and has been since day one. So in 2013, Richard Branson launched Virgin Start Up to help founders kick-start their dreams. Since then, the team has helped tens of thousands of people, and they’re just getting started. And it’s more than just funding. Virgin Start Up runs events, offers mentoring, provides accelerator programmes, and hosts a thriving founder community. All good stuff. And the cherry on top? The team is breaking down barriers for founders from underrepresented backgrounds to truly change business for good.
