Job Description:
Becoming an Administration Assistant with Capita Customer Solutions
As an Administration Assistant you will be a key part of the team here in Capita Customer Solutions. What you will do:
- Reviewing audit reports with reference to most recent instructions
- Dealing with incoming consignments
- Sorting auditor expense claims, bolt-ons etc. from each auditor
- Returned applications
- Contact with auditors/producers may be required from time to time on review issues
- Recording non-conformances for quality control purposes
- Assigning applications and reporting to auditor group leader
- Preparing auditor payments
- Assisting administrator with Stock control, audit throughput figures, etc
- General administration duties, mail, photocopying, etc
Your experience will include:
- Basic computer skills at a minimum, ideally proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications.
- A general knowledge of agriculture, in particular beef and/or lamb and /or dairy enterprises, either through having a background in farming or having worked in an agricultural environment.
- Appropriate Bord Bia reviewer training courses.
- Experience in an office environment.
- Excellent attention to detail to confirm audit report contains the details required and scores consistent with audit details.
- Ability to understand and enact revised guidelines quickly and efficiently.
