Employment Key Worker

Salary £26,500

Permanent office-based role covering Huyton and or St Helens

Our Key Worker's empower, engage, build and maintain effective rapport with our participants with the end goal of them entering sustainable employment.

Daily you will:
  • Provide intensive support with job search on a one-to-one basis and in group settings,
  • Support participants to make a great CV and ensure they are confident in interviews
  • Identify barriers such as household income concerns, health & wellbeing of the participant and any care for dependants that may impact on progression towards work
  • You will also signpost to Mental and Physical health support, suitable workshops and external organisations for any specialist support they may need.
As a Key Worker you will:
  • Have experience working in a performance target driven environment,
  • Be confident delivering one to one and some group-based interventions
