About the role:

Generate quotation according quote guideline, coordinate on exceptional approvals, prepare open quote report and trigger follow-up actions to support sales activities in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support quotation entry into the system, following Quote and Pricing guidelines and SLA.
- Verify and ensure the completeness and accuracy of quotations, including all necessary documents and attachments.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal sales inquiries related to quotations.
- Coordinate internal review and approval processes according to quote approval guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technical support and X-reference teams, to work on alternative article/SKU profiles for quotations.
- Update and upload quotations to the customer portal, if applicable.
- Prepare reports and conduct in-depth analysis based on pricing guidelines and requirements.
- Maintain a systematic and organized database of all quotations for easy retrieval and reference.
- Follow up on open quotes and track their status.
- Prepare reports on quotation activity, including win/loss analysis, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
- Provide analysis and support to Sales Leaders for effective Quote Review on a regular basis.
- Perform in-depth analysis on the quote lost rate and collaborate with sales leaders on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and streamline the quotation process, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.
- Act as a backup to the Sales Force for performing pre-quote processes.
