About the Role
Are you a passionate, curious and high-performing Planning Director with a love and flair for data? Are you able to identify and solve big marketing challenges through the use of the latest data innovations in media? Do you inspire other people and get a buzz out of bringing fresh data-driven thinking to media planning? Do you have an analytical mindset that loves the science as much as the art of planning?
This is a brilliant opportunity to work on one of PHD's largest clients, Diageo UK, and to own the data planning approach. To ensure best-in-class application of data and technology whilst bringing fresh thinking to how Diageo evolves its data planning approach across digital and offline campaigns.
Ideally the candidate will draw on existing planning expertise combined with a love and flair for data to advance how Diageo plan and buy media across brand and commerce. To maximise effectiveness and efficiency of media plans, specifically focused on advancements in areas of audience orchestration, measurement and evolving retail models.
Reporting directly into a Managing Partner, you will be looking to join a high-performing team and will be responsible for designing and delivering a data driven roadmap in support of the wider Diageo team.

About You
You will be an experienced, confident planner who has ideally worked across client business where there is a core focus and drive towards achieving measurable results through advancing the use of data in media. Experience achieving this across a range of digital media channels is essential, ideally with some traditional
You will use your marketplace, data and media knowledge to execute innovative solutions across campaigns, that are grounded in media planning excellence, whilst also acting in a senior daily client-facing role, ultimately forging string relationships across the PHD (inc. global stakeholders) and Diageo UK business.
