Business Analyst (Customer and Commercial)
Location: Remote
RS Group is currently seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team permanently. As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team and engage with stakeholders across EMEA initially, focusing on delivering global projects in Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).

The ideal candidate for this role would be a Business Analyst with a strong focus on customers and commercial aspects, as well as a background in Marketing, Sales, and Service process/technology systems.

RS Group is currently seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team permanently. As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team and engage with stakeholders across EMEA initially, focusing on delivering global projects in Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Elicit, document, and prioritise requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
- Work closely with other Business Analysts to advance the BA Practice.
The ideal candidate for this role would be a Business Analyst with a strong focus on customers and commercial aspects, as well as a background in Marketing, Sales, and Service process/technology systems.
Additionally, we are looking for candidates with the following skills:
What you need:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a background in Customer Data Management or Customer Data Platforms, and engagement with Marketing, Sales, and Service teams.
- Previous in-house Business Analyst experience within a matrix organisation.
- Proficiency in process modelling and analysis using tools such as Visio or similar.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently within project timelines.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with sound business acumen.
- Proficient in conducting effective requirements workshops and adapting elicitation techniques accordingly.
- Passion for delivery through well-written user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
- Critical thinking ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, or explore alternatives.
- Capacity to anticipate needs and foresee future challenges by focusing on the big picture.
- Proactive approach and willing to go the extra mile to ensure success.
- Experience in B2B/B2C E-commerce domains is preferred.
