Our Client Relationship Manager is a key member of the Internal Sales team for the largest commercial market in RS Group. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will take a proactive approach to developing the sales within a portfolio of 100+ customers, you will be comfortable pro-actively calling out to customers and conducting virtual video meetings, you will have an inquisitive nature, in order to identify and close sales opportunities, which will help you to grow & protect existing revenue & safeguard profit margins.

Within this role, you will execute effortless experience for customers through email and phone channels while creating and targeting revenue potential within your districts and regions. You will create and nurture professional working partnership with both field based stakeholders & corporate stakeholders and collaborate with other departments and create effective relationships with stakeholders to drive revenue, growth and customer satisfaction.

- Confident at talking to customers over the phone.
- Curious Nature when talking to customers.
- Demonstrates the ability to prioritise workloads, multi-task and act on own initiative.
- Excellent relationship builder.
- Forms positive relationships, strives for high performance, and is focussed on their own personal development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable Planning, Time Management and Prioritisation skills.
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel.
- Proven track record of being customer centric and driving an effortless experience.
- Adaptable and open to change for new processes.
- Ability to identify opportunities.
