  • Accountable for providing a quality service or product to customers and stakeholders, using skills/experience built through significant practical experience or training
  • Works within established frameworks and procedures, with the freedom to interpret them to solve a range of problems
  • Delivers outputs that are clearly defined, using discretion over how to achieve them
  • Makes suggestions for improvements to the work of the team, based on previous experience and knowledge of similar situations
  • To develop and share expert knowledge of M&G Group operational banking and processes, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Ownership and oversight of the Investor dealing models in place for OEIC and SICAV Funds
  • To help facilitate necessary improvements and developments to support continuous change or enhancements required to improve efficiency and controls, and reduce risk
  • Adherence to CASS rules through all aspects of the teams activities
  • Relationship development across Finance and the wider business
  • Regular meetings and relationship management with banking partners
  • Cash flow forecasting, knowledge of the cash flows around the Group and their relation to business changes
  • Oversight of third party providers and change oversight
  • Ownership of the Bank Account Database
To demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise.
