BP Solutions team members will provide support to our Business Partners globally, contributing and helping deliver results for our clients through collaborating across the platform, unlocking talent, and innovating within our businesses. The ideal candidate will help facilitate and execute business-specific and firm-wide talent practices through the creation of client-ready materials and reports. This person will analyze people data to generate insights and innovate to create scale across the enterprise and impact people decisions, while ensuring accurate data in Workday.

Our HR Business Partner function leads the delivery of all HR products and services to the whole of BlackRock to drive outstanding employee performance and lead the overall BlackRock talent agenda. This is achieved through a focus on providing expert insights & advice, optimizing the organization, and embracing resiliency, agility, and scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver people reports, analyze and present relevant people metrics and insights to drive decision making with Business Partners and clients.
  • Build and maintain standardized operating plans for key talent processes, and accountability to ensuring data integrity in Workday system.
  • Create standard reporting and analytics in a client-ready format.
  • Analyze and diagnose opportunities to achieve greater consistency, scale, efficiency, and quality, and proactively provide technology-enabled solutions.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to drive efficiency and connectivity in how we get things done while identifying areas for automation and reduction of risk.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Graduate or Post Graduate with 1-2 years of experience working across cultures and in a matrixed environment (preferred); proven ability to work independently but also to build and sustain high performing partnerships, both locally and globally.
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with keen attention to detail and high standards for accuracy.
  • Highly proficient across Microsoft systems (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and deep understanding of using Workday, specifically, utilization of dashboards and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to anticipate and hit deadlines related to client deliverables.
  • Keen interest in opportunities to leverage AI in day-to-day work and integrate them into HR processes.
  • Candidates with a positive, can-do attitude, who are curious learners.
  • Sees connections within complex issues; utilizes diverse perspectives to broaden the scope of problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail. Ability to concentrate on the task at hand while being able to see the bigger picture.
