Job Details
Provision of services to the SPHC & Manufacturing business units for the processing of all workforce related documents and Timesheets
To ensure that all group requirements are adhered to with regards to the processing of weekly Timesheets, new starters and timesheet administration
Role and Responsibility
- Provision of timesheet processing services for Select Plant including processing new starts and other employment related documentation in Timekeeper software.
- Create attendance reports as needed for Line Managers
- Liaise with product managers to agree final Timesheets and adjustments.
- Validate contract numbers/WBS codes to ensure precise cost allocation.
- Promptly and accurately input timesheet data into the timekeeping system.
- Submit Timekeeper files and related documents to the group payroll department, adhering to payroll processing deadlines.
- Maintain and update Timekeeper databases meticulously to ensure the information remains accurate
- Scrutinise right to work documents of new employees to confirm their eligibility to work in the UK
- Digitally record employee documents within Timekeeper
- Logical and well organised with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Numerate, literate, and accurate
