Job Details
Due to continuous growth, the Marketing Team at Evenbreak are looking for a Marketing and Events Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end process of marketing events, from organising logistics to post-event analysis.
35 hours per week with a starting salary of £28k per annum (up to £30K London). We are a remote organisation and work flexibly. Working patterns are to be agreed upon with your line manager. But please note, this role involves travel to events and a storage unit in London.

- You will have lived experience of disability (we only employ disabled people) and an understanding of some of the barriers faced by disabled candidates when looking for new or better work.
About the job
This is a brand new role within the team. Events is a key part of our marketing strategy and we need more support to help with our ambitious plans. This is an exciting position to own and grow in.
Tasks carried out by the Marketing and Events Coordinator:
- Manage all pre-event logistics including paperwork, orders and courier and create a marketing event plan
- Create email marketing to promote events (via Mailchimp).
- Ensure events are in line with budgets and report to the Head of Marketing.
- Produce accessible copy and artwork and work with the social media lead to ensure event marketing messages feature in the content plan.
- Support the digital marketing executive to create paid ads to promote events.
- Attend all large-scale trade events to be the project lead that ensures all company standards are upheld.
- Support the head of training to create marketing messages and ensure sessions are supplied with marketing materials.
- Ensure all marketing materials are sourced via reputable outlets and materials are sustainable where possible.
- Maintain and manage the marketing materials stock levels in the storage unit based in London. Ordering additional stock when required.
- To produce post-event analysis reports.
We use Trello, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Canva, Social Sprout and various third party marketing tools – full training will be given. We also operate job carving so if a tool or responsibility is inaccessible to you we will ensure to adapt.
