Join the momentum. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our growing Forensics and Litigation Support Services team. Responsibilities
- Participate in the proposal process and help support the implementation, administration and management of client projects
- Support the design, development, formatting and proof reading of high-quality professional reports, proposals, templates, PowerPoint presentations and correspondence with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Support the delivery of high-quality client service to ensure client needs and are responded to in a timely, accurate and professional manner
- Tailor documents to meet specific requirements, including text and graphic representation of summarized information and communication materials
- Enter, review and maintain client records in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Review upcoming deadlines and work requirements with the team: coordinate logistics and flow of work to specific team members for review/signature
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities for multiple staff ensuring timely adherence and deadlines. This may include but is not limited to:
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Record minutes at various meetings and distribute or archive them accordingly
- Assist in the creation of presentations
- Create, maintain and update spreadsheets
- Maintain paper and electronic paper filing systems
- Review, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Support leader(s) through calendar and travel management, invoicing and A/R
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry through experiential learning with clients
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership
Skills and Experience
- Related post-secondary education in administration is an asset
- Minimum of 3 years of related administrative experience
- Previous experience working in a partnership or professional services firm is an asset
- Strong client service focus in dealing with both external and internal clients
- Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Some travel may be required
