Job Details
The Warehouse House Lead Ambassador will support the operational functions of The World of Coca-Cola store, Stock room, Ecommerce, and Northyards Warehouse, including executing key Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, general warehousing duties, tasks at the World of Coca-Cola. These duties include loading, unloading, order fulfillment, verifying/documenting receipts and shipments, inspecting orders, stocking, sit-down forklift operation, inventory control and reconciliation, and facility GMP. These duties include stocking, staging and transporting merchandise into and out of the stockroom, cycle counts, ticketing, completing MOS, bi-annual physical inventory counts and stock levels on the sales floor. The Warehouse Lead Ambassador will refer all duties which require manager approval to the appropriate leader on-duty. The Warehouse Lead Ambassador must embrace and role model outstanding guest service and contribute to the high morale of the Ambassador team.

In addition to the above roles and responsibilities, there may be additional responsibilities to fulfill the Warehouse Lead Ambassador position requirements.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
- Familiarity with basic warehousing operations.
- Accurately process paperwork.
- Maintain warehouse organization, participate in the shipping & receiving process, order fulfillment, drop ship process.
- Conduct daily cycle counting, participate in warehouse GMP
- Participate in pick, pack and cycle counts for ecommerce orders.
- Accurately follow the MOS process and the RTV process.
- Maintain data integrity on micro level, participate in the material ticketing process.
- Communicate shortages/out-of-stocks to planners and retail operation.
- Accurately utilize the KWI operation system.
- Must be available to work weekends
- Supports and participates in all areas demonstrating good company stewardship.
- Works productively with little supervision.
- Participate in the Daily Work Prioritization for Support Center Team.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
- Operate company computers and appropriate software.
- Provide Support and Communication/Interaction with the Retail Store at The World of Coca-Cola (retail material, supplies, etc.), Atlanta Syrup Branch (BIB pickup and return), Visual Group (store re-sets, visual items, hangers), Attraction (ticket stock, 3D glasses, brochures, syrup, cups, etc), Bottle Works (bottles, reserve material, etc), SSI at The World of Coca-Cola, Other store / warehouse locations, Events (use of truck to move material for events), Buyers (manage RTV, and local destructions and samples), Move additional material as needed. - Operator must have a valid Driver's License.
- Operator must pass DMV background check annually
- Operator must comply and adhere to The Coca-Cola Company vehicle policy.
- Must be able to safely operate a 26-foot box truck and F250 Cargo Van
Educational Requirements and Experience:
Education:
- High school diploma; GED equivalent
Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience within a fast-paced/experiential retail environment/Warehouse environment
- Previous supervisory experience advantageous
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to successfully pass credit, drug screen, and criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a Moter Vehicle Records Check
- Proficient in the use of: hydraulic jack, hand truck, flat-bed, cart, ladder, tape gun, glue gun, box cutter and shrink wrap machine.
- Physical Demands: Frequently required to stoop, stand, walk, climb, lift and use repetitive motions. Frequent lifting of materials/merchandise or equipment, some of which may be heavy (up to 40lbs) or awkward.

Position Requirements:
- Guest Service: Ensures that the guest remains top priority.

- Accuracy: Ability to prepare accurate replenishment lists.
- Work: Must have the ability for heavy lifting up to 40lbs. Must be familiar with and capable of operating hydraulic jack, hand truck, etc.

Ability to communicate with others, via telephone or in person, in a professional and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport.
