Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby and/or London (Kings Cross) offices.
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Reward Specialist to join our Reward team. This is a varied role, supporting with all aspects of Reward, both strategic and operational.

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Reward Specialist to join our Reward team. This is a varied role, supporting with all aspects of Reward, both strategic and operational.
What you will be doing:
- Support the delivery of high quality, seamless reward processes across the Group. These include the annual pay review and Annual Incentive cycle, and UK benefits annual enrolment.
- Support the reward team with analysis on issues such as Gender Pay Gap, Pay Transparency, CEO Pay Ratio, pay insights and other statutory reporting requirements.
- Support Long Term Incentive Plans/Restricted Share Plan administration, Short Term Business Visitors administration, Employee Recognition.
About you:
- Knowledge and experience of UK Reward practices, and ideally international.
- Knowledge of the benefits marketplace in the UK and ideally international.
- Experience of dealing with 3rd party suppliers/contracts desirable.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience of compensation and benefits management systems (e.g. flexible benefits software).
- Proven track record dealing with reward and benefit plans in a large, complex organisation.
- Experience of salary surveys, job evaluation, salary survey, and salary reviews and Annual Incentive implementation.
