The project:
This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.
Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced people.

- Establishing program reporting process including requirements, cadence, and formats.
- Developing and implementing standard procedures for reporting aspects of the program.
- Managing quality assurance/control process for the reporting information.
- Managing the performance of direct reports in the reporting team.
- Coordinating the reporting process with other functional leads.
- Managing the production and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Developing requirements for Power BI dashboards and working with the technical team to ensure the dashboards are delivered to requirements.
- Managing the ongoing continuous enhancement of reporting, identifying opportunities for process and systems improvements.
- Organising and facilitating governance meetings.
- A relevant degree qualification.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
- Membership in APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
