Accountable for overseeing administrative operations, processes and team members within General Office Administration, Clerical, and Administrative Assistant Support roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight and Administrative Management: Independently manage large projects standardize processes and ensure quality control and efficiency across administrative and office operations. Oversee timesheet coding and scheduling while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Leadership and Team Member Development: Set goals, mentor, motivate, and conduct performance reviews for administrative team members. Act as the primary performance coach, fostering professional growth and engagement.
- Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work closely with Partners/Managers to ensure equitable performance management and development. Address and resolve complex challenges with innovative solutions.
- Perform a range of office support tasks, including preparing reports, templates, presentations, and correspondence. Manage filing systems, handle document scanning, and coordinate meetings, travel and multiple calendars.
- Compile financial statement packages, ensuring accuracy and quality. Oversee tax return filings, coordinate client communications, and manage file archiving processes.
- Foster and promote a positive, collaborative and engaged team environment.
Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary education in Administration
- 5+ years in progressively complex administrative roles; experience leading an admin team in an accounting firm is an asset.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
