An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Laurencekirk Agency.

About the role:


  • Oversight of day-to-day operations of the Office

  • Administration Duties; preparing reports, invoices, letters, and any addition administration support to Agent

  • Leading the Office Team

  • Establishing and Maintaining policies and procedures

  • Administering incentive schemes

  • Delegation of tasks

  • Supervising and Monitoring Staff

  • Training Employees inhouse as well as through NFU Mutual Training & Competency Scheme

  • Maintaining Personnel Records

  • Sales and Servicing of Customers when required

  • Attending and Scheduling of meetings

  • Financial Oversight of Payments/Accounts

  • Ensuring Compliance in line with FCA Regulatory and NFU Mutual requirements


About you:

Essential - Experience in Microsoft Programmes, Good Communication skills both Verbal and Written, Ability to meet deadlines, Good organisational skills, Conflict management skills.

Desirable - Previous Experience in similar role, particularly within a regulated industry
