Third Party Assist Claims Handler
We are currently seeking a Third Party Claims Handler to join our dynamic Third Party Assist team in Glasgow. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively engage with non-fault third parties to understand their requirements and provide them with exceptional service.
As a Third Party Claims Handler you will proactively contact non-fault third parties to establish their needs, administer prompt deployment of services from NFUM's approved supplier network and promote NFUM as a brand to third party potential customers to maximise future insurance sale opportunities and increase customer base. You will also be responsible for retaining claims and progressing them to closure.

- Making outbound calls: Engage with Third party claimants to offer tailored solutions and services that meet their individual needs
- Administer prompt deployment of services from NFUM's approved supplier network and promote NFUM as a brand.
- You will also take ownership of claims, ensuring they are managed efficiently and effectively from start to settlement
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic to join our supportive and inclusive team environment, ideally experienced in third-party capture or outbound sales within the insurance industry you'll also have the following skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong verbal communications
- Strong negotiation, questioning and decision-making skills
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Proficient IT skills and use of Microsoft Office 365
