CATEGORY/ FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

Procurement Collaborative Manufacturing is a dynamic and strategic function that plays a crucial role in ensuring the Company's success. As a CM procurement professional, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing and managing the essential Finished Goods for Consumers. This role offers the opportunity to build valuable relationships with suppliers, develop strong negotiation and business development skills, support in implementation of key value projects for Business and contribute to cost-saving initiatives that directly impact the Company's performance.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
  • Support and contribute to the development and execution of Beauty and Personal Care Finished Goods sourcing strategies
  • Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, service, and cost requirements are met
  • Plan and execute the tendering process and subsequent analysis of prices and commercials, including supplier discussions and visits
  • Negotiate contracts, business terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements
  • Monitor market trends, identify potential supply chain risks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Continuously evaluate procurement and business data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of supply network and innovation projects
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and updates for both internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience in procurement
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and procurement best practices
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
