The purpose of this temporary Administration Assistant role is to support a project with some research which you will be able to do using search engines. You will not need to have any research background.

About the job

This is a short-term contract to help with a project and is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for flexible hours and working completely from home.

You will be researching organisations who work across the world supporting disabled candidates into employment. You may be required to contact the organisations via e-mail or contact form. You will produce a list of these organisations and what they do.

If you do not have a suitable computer we can provide that.

All our team work flexibly from home and we communicate with each other via Microsoft Teams and email.

About you

We’d like you to have experience in the following:

  • Administration

  • Working as part of a team

  • Keeping accurate records

  • Solving problems

  • Using Office 365 or similar

Please note that we only employ candidates who have lived experience of disability. This may be visible or invisible and includes deafness, neurodiversity and mental health conditions.

If you have some of the experience we’re looking for then please tell us about that however, we hire for attitude and train for skills, so if you have similar experience in a non-work setting (for example being part of a team of volunteers), please tell us about that.

Please also let us know how many hours a week you would like to work in this role. We are looking to fill around 20 hours, but encourage applications from people who would like to work more or fewer hours.
