Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our National Family Team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining and updating case files, ensuring they are well-organised and up to date. Your support will enable our fee earners to work efficiently and focus on delivering exceptional client service.
This is a full-time position with office attendance three days a week.
- Ensure case files are accurate, up to date, and well-organised.
- Provide administrative support to fee earners, allowing them to focus on client service.
- Assist with document management, correspondence, and file maintenance.
- Liaise with clients and third parties as needed.
- Support the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining compliance with legal procedures
