What You'll Do:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Account Management (TAM) Intern to join our dynamic team. As a TAM Intern, you'll work closely with our Technical Account Managers to support client relationships, help troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role provides hands-on exposure to both technical problem-solving and client-facing collaboration in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to provide technical support and guidance to clients.
- Assist in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and internal discussions to help drive integration and implementation success.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, including technical guides and client-facing resources.
- Analyze data and client feedback to help identify trends and areas for product or process improvement.
- Support the development of training materials and internal resources for knowledge sharing.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to address client needs and technical challenges.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in: English, Portuguese, Spanish
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of APIs, data analysis, or technical troubleshooting is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
